Come and join us at the Franciscan Renewal Center for a morning of Tai Chi and Qigong on Saturday, April 26th beginning at 9:30am. This worldwide event celebrates these amazing practices that are shared in so many countries and cultures. Several instructors from the valley will be leading the group in a variety of Tai Chi and Qigong forms.
